About RbD

We believe in the systems approach to modifying vehicles for motor sports. Only in using a series of proven parts, can the driver fully extract the performance out of his or her vehicle. Race By Design provides a winning solution that falls within the strict confines of each class, or can custom tailor one for a driver/car with specific needs.

There are thousands of ways to modify any vehicle, but only a few proven combinations that will provide winning performance. Allow us to assist in planning your modifications in order to: maximize performance per dollar, build a well-rounded vehicle that's reliable and fun to drive, and help avoid bumping into a race class you never wanted to be in.

The automotive performance world is an expensive one to play in. For that reason, you will never see us advertise or sell something that will not give an advantage on the track. We believe there is a place for car shows, subwoofers, and chrome 26 inch wheels…it's just not here.

Whether you have a Mitsubishi Evolution that needs to take down Corvettes, or a Ford Focus you drive to work 5 days a week, let us be your pit crew!
